By using the RiderSOS card, the affiliate agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, both on their own behalf and on behalf of anyone who purchases, accepts, or uses the discount code associated with the RiderSOS program.
1. Affiliates of the RiderSOS program act as independent participants and are not employees, representatives, agents, or partners of Kominic.com. Consequently, they will not be entitled to employment benefits, social security, or other benefits associated with an employment relationship.
2. RiderSOS affiliate card(s) may only be used for the purchase of products or work equipment for Riders, corresponding to products previously selected and authorized by Kominic.com.
3. RiderSOS affiliate card(s) may only be used to make purchases through the official website www.kominic.com or at third-party merchants expressly authorized by Kominic.com to participate in the RiderSOS program, without implying a corporate, employment, or corporate affiliation relationship between the parties.
4. For affiliates of the RiderSOS program, each assigned code constitutes a unique and individual identification, which is traceable and exclusively linked to the corresponding affiliate.
5. Each discount code may be used an unlimited number of times; however, only one (1) code may be applied per order.
6. Each RiderSOS affiliate card has an expiration date, which is indicated on the card itself. Once expired, if the user wishes to continue participating in the program, they must complete the corresponding renewal process.
7. The closing date corresponds to the last day of the month (28, 29, 30, or 31, as applicable). Payments are made during the first five days of the month. ACH transfers may take up to three business days to reflect.
8. In case of loss, theft, or damage to the RiderSOS affiliate card, the affiliate may request the issuance of a replacement card. The issuance of said card will have a cost of $5 USD (five United States dollars), which must be paid prior to its expedition. Kominic.com will not be responsible for the improper use of the lost card before the affiliate formally notifies the loss.
9. Kominic.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the RiderSOS program at any time, including, but not limited to, situations where the program is not profitable, without incurring any additional compensation obligation for the participants.
10. Kominic.com reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions of the RiderSOS program at any time, as well as to contract a third party for the total or partial administration of the program, without incurring any obligation of individual notification or additional compensation to the participants.
