Why is the system not working?

1. The system has entered auto-lock status. You can confirm this problem by looking at the top right corner of the screen.
-
If the unit is not used for 1 minute, it will enter auto-lock mode. To use it again, press the “+” and “–” keys simultaneously to unlock it; otherwise, it will not work.
-
After 5 minutes of inactivity, the screen will automatically turn off. Press any key to activate it.
-
In code and auto-lock modes, no keys work; the unit must first be unlocked. If in code mode, long press the “CH” key to exit.

2. The collar and system have low battery. They need to be charged.

3. The receiver has been fully submerged in water for a long time without the charging port being properly sealed. This will cause a malfunction.
How can I tell if the system is working correctly?
To ensure the normal operation of the system, follow these detailed testing steps after consulting the instructional video and user manual.
Preparations
Fully charge the transmitter and receiver, then screw on the metal contact points of the receiver (do not attach the silicone caps).
-
Power on the devices Press the power button on both the receiver and the transmitter to turn them on.
-
Prevent transmitter auto-lock Ensure the transmitter does not enter auto-lock mode during testing (refer to the manual for unlocking steps).
-
Enter dog training mode Press the Mode button to switch to Dog Training Mode.
-
Test beep/vibration function (pairing verification) Press the beep/vibration button, use the +/– buttons to adjust the intensity level, and press the beep/vibration button again. Success indicator: If the receiver beeps or vibrates, it has successfully paired with the transmitter.
-
Test electric shock function (with test bulb) Connect the test bulb to the metal contact points of the receiver. Press the shock button, adjust the level with the +/– buttons, and press the shock button again. Success indicator: If the test bulb lights up, the electric shock function is working correctly.
-
Test wireless fence mode (radio setup) In dog training mode, press the Mode button again to switch to Wireless Fence Mode. Use the +/– buttons to adjust the radio range and place the transmitter in a clear area (no obstacles between transmitter and receiver). Connect the test bulb to the receiver, take the receiver, and walk away from the transmitter. Success indicator: When approaching the set radio range, the receiver should beep, then vibrate, and finally deliver an electric shock when crossing that range.
Key notes
-
Obstacle-free environment: ensure no objects block the signal between the transmitter and receiver.
-
Test bulb requirement: always use the test bulb when verifying the electric shock function.
-
Refer to manual: if any issues arise, review the user manual and instructional video.
Friendly reminder
- Proper collar fit is important. It should be snug but allow one finger to fit between the strap and the dog's neck.
- Use the conductive silicone set to protect the dog's skin without affecting the electric shock.
- Do not leave the collar on for more than 18 hours a day; remove and reposition every 1–2 hours.
- Use the shock function only in emergencies, starting at Level 1 and gradually increasing.
- If the collar is too long, cut the excess and burn the edge with a lighter to prevent fraying.
- If the dog has thick fur, use longer screw caps.
- Only use electric shock to test the bulb.
