The following terms and conditions apply to your Kominic.com balance and gift cards. By purchasing, accepting, or using a gift card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on your behalf and on behalf of other people who purchase, accept, or use a gift card with your account.
1. Gift card(s) can only be used to make purchases on www.kominic.com.
2. You can check the balance of your gift card(s) using the "check the balance of your Kominic gift cards" feature at: www.kominic.com/pages/tarjetas-de-regalo. The gift card(s) will be considered a form of payment at the time of purchase. You can apply your gift card(s) at the time of payment or you can also redeem your gift card(s). You are solely responsible for storing your gift card code(s). Kominic, Corp. does not store your gift card information and we are not responsible for losses caused by third parties.
3. If you want to use the gift card to make a purchase that exceeds the available balance of your gift card(s), you must combine the use of your gift card(s) with other additional forms of payment.
4. The gift card(s) cannot be used to pay for another gift card of any kind, nor can it be used to purchase gift certificates, coupons, coins, banknotes, virtual currency or, in general, goods considered "precious metals" (e.g.: gold, silver, and other precious metals in coin, bar or ingot form).
5. Funds from gift cards purchased and issued by Kominic, Corp. never expire. Promotional gift cards, however, have set expiration dates.
6. Protect your gift card(s) like cash. The risk of loss and ownership of the gift card(s) passes to you at the time of purchase. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.
7. We reserve the right to correct the balance of the gift card(s) if we believe there has been a human error, billing error, or accounting error. You also agree that we may deactivate, cancel or suspend any gift card if we suspect fraud, illegal activities, or inappropriate use of the gift card(s).
8. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Kominic.com gift card program or modify these terms and conditions at any time or to contract with a third party to administer this program.
